Speedhunters Feature.

Dino the champ has stuck up an abbreviated feature just to make me jealous and regret the decision I made to release the car to a new owner. A few pics I haven't seen before from the lens.

This picture was amazing! Really Really impressed. Check out the feature on Speedhunters.com with some of the images I have shown previously.

It will stay as a lasting image on the RE-Xtreme II Blog. It captures the image of the car perfectly as it was meant to be seen. In motion.

RE-Xtreme II Revisited

RE-Xtreme II Revisited!

40000klms away in another continent, insertion of a freshly sculptured key unlocks the cage. A deep muffled growl emits from the finely tuned beast. A few raspy depressions of throttle stir the industrial dogs into a frenzy. As it exits it's cold sterile lair, it's new owner's heart pounds in his chest. It's slow exit ensures the hunter's teeth are not damaged on the cage door. Onto the street lurks this sinister machine, stalking the night streets looking for another FEED.

Anyway, The new owner has hooked up the fog lamps which look great and look awesome in tandem with the sleek lights.
In Black and White the car reveals its grim reeping image (which is what I invisaged a long time ago.) I wanted kind of the ultimate James Bond - RX7 ... Classy right up to the point where it takes any target's life. Mission accomplished I feel.

So I'm slowly forgetting about the FD and moving on. Then recently I get pics of both my old cars and Dino gives me some new magazines with my old car featured. It's a conspiracy!

Maybe I'll buy this.... R-Magic Special... NOT!
Don't even tempt me...., my roadster seems to be heading the same direction anyway.

Photo Shoot with Dino

This will be the Final Entry for RE-Xtreme II. The car is sold to a lucky guy in the UK who fitted new seats. You will notice in these pics the Bride Stradia Carbon backed seats. I also installed some Project Mu Carbon HC+ brake pads in the Rear.

Thanks to Dino Dalle Carbonare for the awesome pics. You can catch the feature in High Performance Imports no.98(HPI). An Australian Tuning Magazine.
The location was Maihama Resort near the Hotel Mira Costa and surrounds.

RE-Xtreme Ver.II with Newera.

A Newera of car ownership awaits for me. So you can now own this awesome vehicle.
Sadly, I've never really had the chance to use the car as I would like and with the 1 year build, it really doesn't suit my requirements any more. It's time unfortunately let her go.
Unless someone want so buy it for me as a gift. Oh to be rich.

Some very lucky person will have the opportunity to have one the best RX-7's around at just a fraction of what it owes me.

FD3s Matsuri.

Festival ( Matsuri ) time in Uraysu city saw the streets lit with Japanese style lanterns.

It was a very nice atmosphere for some final shots of the now sold FD.

The car looks great at night but shooting the colour on a camera is very difficult indeed.
